Courtney Leivermann is the founder of Fit for Me by Courtney app and community. On her app & website, she shares Mat Pilates, Barre, and Yoga inspired workouts that are efficient and effective, low impact, and are meant to leave you feeling good. Courtney also has a Fit for Me Community that she mostly communicates with on Instagram (her profile is linked below), where she shares real food, mindfulness tips, some fashion/lifestyle, and uplifting quotes.

Courtney is such kind, warm, and inspiring spirit and the insights that she shares on the ability we have to move our bodies in a way that feels good to us personally is so valuable.
