In this episode, Paige and Jack go over the following:
- Leaving can be good, when you feel a need to leave. However moving and leaving won’t make your problems disappear. As humans we need to have that at the forefront of our minds
- Moving can be very isolating and hard causing you to have mental health struggles still, mental health is not dependent on a specific place. Vacations, kids, moving, things, will not cure our mental health issues.
- Starting over and resetting is beneficial, but not running away from things
- Having a support system will result in a great growing and learning experience
