In this episode, Paige and Lindsey discuss mental health and how we can navigate our way through big changes within our lives. We all go through changes in our lives which often leave us wondering if they are worth going through, will they hurt the people around us, will it hurt us, and overall what this big change means for us. Lindsey tells us that if you have the intuition and feeling that you need to make this change, it is meant to be and you need to follow your heart. Your life is about making the right decision for you and for your mental health. Where we are is right where we are supposed to be in life.

Mental health is the overarching theme within this episode, as Lindsey discusses her mental health journey and the things we can do to put mental health first. We have to listen to ourselves and our physical bodies to see what is needed for the betterment of ourselves. We have to allow ourselves to feel every feeling from sadness, mourning, happiness, excitement, and so much more to be at our highest level of expression. You have to be able to make the right decision for yourself and find your center in the midst of the craziness around you. They also talk about codependencies and how throughout our lives, we rely on other people for our own happiness. Through these big transitions, we decide to endeavor to slowly relinquish these co-dependencies, which allows us not to be so caught up in what other people think about us, but in what we think about ourselves.

Any path we choose to take in this life is the correct path for us, we are meant to be right here at this moment.
